First three Limbus runs, love it so far. :)

Limbus is a lot of fun... Makes Dynamis look sooo dull. It's been going great, we haven't lost any of our runs yet and usually end up with a lot of free time at the end, the drops have been pretty nice in comparison to others I heard about too. Got 67 coins on the last run with just 12 members :o...We have all the chips from the main four areas, and we're going to try one of the higher level ones by trading certain chips for our next run.

I think it's more the type of thing I just post a bunch of screen shots and add captions/descriptions, they mostly speak for themselves. Besides, I bet half of you just look at the screen shots anyway... Plus I'm tired;;....So I'll just do that instead. :p

Getting access is pretty easy, once you have sea you talk to an Elvaan NPC in Port Jeuno nere the Windurst ship, and ask to buy Bleach (for 50k;;). After purchase, just go to dem/holla/mea crags and enter from the new telepoint. It brings you to NE/N/NW Al'Teaui (depending on the crag), where you kill one of the really easy NMs in the area for a card key item that allows you in. Takes maybe 10 minutes max assuming you have a tele.

Once you're in you can get HP/MP rested and enter the teleport for the timer to start and the run to begin..

Depending on the area you go to there's usually a sort of theme to the mobs you find.. And each floor will have a different set of mobs (of like five floors total), with 1-3 "bosses" of the floor that once defeated give access to the next. Often the boss is just a larger and harder version of the other mobs... They can be pretty hard sometimes, I'd say close to the same as dynamis mobs. Still break out some nice numbers though. >:D

4% in merits and no luck so far... /sigh

One of the funnest and most challenging areas though had a version of all 3 HNM kings, overall just as strong with more defense and hit harder, but much less HP.

Nidhogg, this thing hit for 300-500 on tanks and 500-800 on other people, it was crazy...

Only the big one casted Meteor, the smaller ones were pretty easy..

So far I have around 11 or so coins, and pieces for RNG, WAR, and SAM AF+1... The three items on the left bottom.

Think I'm going for the Brutal Earring first, then possibly the Fast Cast earring or the +10 skill Mantle; ;... Everything is so good, hard to chose... After at least the earring I'm thinking about RNG hands, WAR feet (if it makes double attack better, anyone know?), and NIN feet. I ended up with SAM because no one else wanted it and I do have intent to level it to 75 once I get the time/money and finish with merits.^^;

Going to take a while to get all those coins.../sigh

SE succeeds in making people have desire to play the game even longer, as if the relic weapon process wasn't bad enough.

KV Bites the dust!

Amikiri, Serket, Tyranowhatever, and KV... You all suck!

Spent at least 30+ hours total not afk camping KV over the last month or so trying to get it to pop, along with fellow LS members... Killed that stupid Kung Fu boot cactus NM at least 6 times total while there, and not one drop! Only got KV to pop myself once after all that time.

But lo and behold something has to go wrong, I hold it fine for a good 5-10 minutes while the LS slowly gathers. It wasn't too hard to solo tank, and easy enough to kite when nighttime hit. But he has a slow and steady TP regen, and will draw you in > do an AoE TP attack > do a single target TP attack just about everytime it gets TP. He did draw in > whatever the AoE poison move is > Critical Bite twice. Critical Bite never landed, but the poison did... And slowly but surely I died of poison, despite putting on a Gi and eating au lait, didn't have antidotes though ; ;.. So, I died after a little while from being poisened twice, LS members arrive 1 minute after, and a few seconds before the weather changes and KV depops.../sigh

A week or so later I get IMs while offline working on a project that it FINALLY popped on schedule, and we had it and were holding it... I logged on imediately and ran over to help.

After I arrived we settled things down and tried to form a strategy to bury him in a minute before he got too crazy (his TP attacks SUCK)... Ended up holding him like this for about an hour, but it was worth it. :)

Full evasion gear > King Vinegarroon. :P

Missed 12 times in a row... /point /laugh

With HQ staves he hardly ever resisted too. :)

Once we got our strategy together and everyone ready, we annihilated him in under a minute with almost no trouble..

Took away 5 of the last 6% with a Mijin, most nukes/weapon skills were for like 500-800 damage, so I was surprised Mijin did so much :O... But, only thing to drop was an earth crystal. =(

So lame... lol

Dynamis lately.

Same old same old for the most part, but a little more interesting lately...

Best drops I've ever seen from a mob so far. :o

Also, Congrats to Lhexh on obtaining not only his GA Fragment but Bravura!! :)

Been at it with Tiamat more, got the damage I take per hit in the air even lower. :)

If I can upgrade to 2x Merman Earrings I think I could get almost sub 200, for the max possible :o

Gave us the worst drops we ever had from him though...

Also had some fun with WAR/THF using a strategy similar to the KB BC99 one, it was our first KB fight in a really long time.. We haven't camped it in almost half a year. It was hard to land SA, sometimes it would spin while casting Meteor; ;... I just need to be more patient.

This was how the first one went, waaaaay more damage than I or anyone else there expected, and KB continued to kick my ass for it before I could activate flee ><... Stunned;;

Was really funny. XD

This was the highest though, by far... Still no double attack.;;

I could soooooo break 2k with a double attack ; ;... Double attack with MS maybe 3k. :O
